The Journey
Arrival → Awareness → Expression → Creation
Grounding Meditation
We begin with a gentle guided meditation to settle into the space, quiet external noise, and reconnect with your inner creativity.
A moment to slow down, breathe deeply, and arrive fully in the present.
The Colour Wheel of Your Personality
Through guided colour therapy exercises, you’ll explore how colour reflects emotion, identity, energy, and personal expression.
Together we’ll explore:
The psychology and meaning of colours
Emotional connections to colour
The colours currently shaping your life
The colours you may be resisting
The colours you wish to step into
Guided Journal Prompts
“What colours dominate your life right now?”
“What colour are you avoiding?”
“What colour do you want to step into?”
Our events prioritize comfort, safety, and respect so you can show up as you are and fully engage in the process.

Colours - Inspired Plant-Based Lunch
At a natural pause in the process, we’ll gather for a beautifully curated plant-based lunch, an extension of the morning’s exploration.
Thoughtfully designed around colour, texture, and nourishment, the meal becomes part of the sensory experience itself.
A moment to:
Rest
Connect
Reflect
Continue engaging your senses in a different way
Colour Journaling & Reflection
A reflective creative journaling session designed to deepen self-awareness and encourage intuitive expression.
This is where insight begins turning into personal language.
From Clay to Ritual: Designing Your Everyday Anchor
After creating your personal colour palette, you’ll move into the hands-on creative experience: designing a personalised ceramic piece that carries this sense of mindful awareness into your daily life.
With guidance from our pottery instructor, you’ll shape and craft your own mug using ancient hand-building techniques such as pinching and coiling.
Working directly with clay invites you back into the present moment—the tactile, grounding sensation helping to form both a physical object and a lasting memory of calm and connection.
Design Your Identity Mug
This is not simply a craft activity.
It’s the creation of a symbolic object that reflects who you are becoming.
You’ll define:
Your word
(Bold • Soft • Evolving • Grounded • Expansive…)Your personal colour palette
Your message or affirmation
You’ll then decorate your piece using colours inspired by your earlier exploration and have the option to inscribe a quote, intention, or affirmation onto your mug.
The result is a deeply personal object – both functional and symbolic – that reconnects you to this grounded, creative state whenever you hold it in your hands.
Step Into Your Next Colour Season
Give yourself permission to slow down, create, and reconnect with the parts of yourself waiting to be expressed. Spaces are intentionally limited to create an intimate and nurturing experience.
