Policies for Sessions

To ensure a fair and smooth experience for all parties, the following policies apply:

Client Lateness Policy

  1. Up to 15 minutes late:
    Clients may arrive up to 15 minutes late without it affecting the session. The full session duration will be honoured.

  2. 15+–40 minutes late:
    If a client is between 15+ and 40 minutes late, the time lost will be deducted from the session, and the session will be shorter as a result.

  3. 40+ minutes late:
    If a client is more than 40 minutes late, the session will be canceled, and the fee will not be refunded.

Provider Lateness Policy

  1. Up to 15 minutes late:
    If the provider is up to 15 minutes late, the session duration will not be affected, and the full session will still take place.

  2. 15+–40 minutes late:
    If  the provider is between 15+ and 40 minutes late, you will receive a £50 voucher as compensation.

  3. 40+ minutes late:
    If the provider is more than 40 minutes late, you will receive a voucher equivalent to the amount you paid for the session, and the session will be rescheduled to another mutually convenient date.

Note: Provider lateness is extremely rare, and every effort is made to ensure sessions run on time.

Voucher Details:

  • Vouchers can be used for any other styling service.

  • Vouchers are valid for 1 year from the date of issuance.

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

  1. Partial Refunds:

    • You are eligible for a partial refund if you cancel your session at least one week in advance.

    • Please note that 20% of the total fee is considered a non-refundable deposit.

  1. Rescheduling:

    • You may change the session date up to 48 hours in advance without penalty.

    • You are allowed to reschedule the session one time only.

Exceptions

This policy does not apply in cases of tragic events or serious accidents that affect either party. Flexibility and understanding will be applied under such circumstances.

1. Yellow Souls  Circle

  • Your Yellow Souls  Circle renews automatically every 4 weeks on the date of your original sign-up.

  • To cancel your membership, you must provide at least one month’s notice before your next renewal date.

  • Once you cancel your membership, you will lose access to all membership benefits (including discounts and exclusive member offers) from the date your cancellation takes effect.

  • No partial refunds or credits are provided for unused portions of a membership month.

2. Style Box Subscription

  • Style Boxes are sent every second or third week of the month.

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time, but a one-month cancellation notice is required.

  • If you cancel, your final box will be the one scheduled during your notice period.

  • Delivery dates may vary slightly due to holidays or studio scheduling. In such cases, we will communicate with you in advance to arrange an alternative delivery date.

  • Style Box contents are curated especially for you and are therefore non-refundable once shipped.

General Terms

  • By subscribing to a Yellow Souls Membership or Style Box, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

  • Yellow Souls reserves the right to make reasonable updates to these Terms, and any changes will be communicated in advance.

4. The Stylist Party, Workshops & Sustainable Fashion Tours

  • All tickets and bookings for The Stylist Party, Workshops, and Sustainable Fashion Tours are non-refundable.

  • If you are unable to attend, you may request to reschedule your booking or transfer your ticket to another available date (if applicable) by notifying us at least 48 hours before the event start time.

  • Requests made less than 48 hours before the event cannot be accommodated.

  • In the rare case that Yellow Souls must reschedule or cancel an event, all participants will be offered an alternative date or credit for a future experience.

  • Tickets and bookings are non-transferable without prior written confirmation from Yellow Souls.

5. Gift Vouchers

  • Validity: Gift vouchers are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase. After the expiry date, the voucher cannot be redeemed or extended.

  • Usage: Each voucher can be used only once and must be presented at the time of booking.

  • Value: The voucher can be used towards any Yellow Souls service or event.

  • Non-Refundable: Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash beyond their stated value.

  • Responsibility: Lost or stolen vouchers cannot be replaced, so please keep them safe.
